Due to a lack of District Advisors and an Education Chair on the State Board, the NJSFWC-JM State Board has had to make some changes in order to continue to sponsor a State Bee that is fair for all contestants. Please make note of the changes below for the Spelling Bees for this season
Rather than a District-level Bee, we will now hold Regional-level Bees. Note that any Club-level Bee winner that would like to advance to the State Bee needs to compete in one of 3 Regional-level Bees: North / Central / South. The Top 6 winners of each of the Regional Bees will be invited to compete in the State Bee. This year, there will be 18 contestants in the State Bee. Also note that the State Bee will now be held on SATURDAY, March 10, 2012. The State Bee will continue to be held at the NJSFWC Headquarters in New Brunswick.

Central Region - February 25th Southern Region - February 12th (Snow Date February 19th) Northern Region - March 3rd (Snow Date March 6th)
